  • chevron_rightI am a new (owner, renter, etc.), who should I contact regarding payment?
    If you are a new tenant, some or all of the fees may apply:
    Water/trash/sewer-- Included with HOA fee administered by Paragon Equities
    Cable TV/Internet/Home phone-- Unit dependent, contact your provider
    Renter's insurance-- Unit dependent, contact your insurance company
     
    If you are a new owner, in addition to the above fees, the property tax is assessed by L.A. county which may be paid in conjunction with your mortgage and/or homeowners insurance policy through your escrow account.
     
  • chevron_rightI have an emergency, who do I contact?
    If you are experiencing an life-threatening emergency, please call 911 for police, fire, or paramedics.
    If you have a non-threatening emergency, please call Long Beach Police at 562 435 6711.
    If you see or smell a gas leak (anywhere), evacuate and please call the City of Long Beach Gas Emergency (562) 570-2140 or City of Long Beach gas department (562) 570-2000.
    For electrical emergency, downed power line, etc. contact Southern California Edison 1-800-611-1911 or non-emergency 800-684-8123.
    For the fire department, 562-570-2500.
    For 24 hour operator, please call Paragon Equities 562-494-4455 (note, charges may apply if requesting any service).

    East Park Villas Homeowners Association is managed by Paragon Equities, located at 4543 East Anaheim Street, Long Beach, CA 90804.  Their office number is (562) 494-4455 and they are open Monday - Friday     9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm.  The manager is Kim Allen.

    Please contact Paragon Equities, located at 4543 East Anaheim Street, Long Beach, CA 90804.  Their office number is (562) 494-4455 and they are open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm.  Each replacement key or garage opener is $50 as of Aug 2017.

    While you are welcome to use your own licensed professionals to perform repairs inside your own unit, the following are local businesses which we use regularly for HOA-related maintenance services.
